Having started his career in property over 20 years ago, James has worked across the residential, development and commercial markets. He is renowned for having a unique ability to bring a deal together and working through complexity.
With an outstanding track record in the land and development markets, James has completed some of the largest transactions in dollar value of greenfield and infill development land in Victoria. James has shown an innate ability to cut through the complexity associated with large transactions to optimise the outcome on behalf of his clients.

With 19 years in the Australian property market, Sarah has a breadth of experience across the industrial, retail and residential sectors.
Sarah is a Licenced Estate Agent and a degree qualified property professional with First Class Honors in the Bachelor of Applied Science (property) course from RMIT University.
She specialises in the knowledge of key market insights, data analysis and contract negotiation. These areas of expertise, together with Sarah's passion for property acquisition, are key drivers in achieving the desired outcomes for our valued clients.
